Cramp Care features Cramp Bark prepared from the bark of responsibly wildcrafted Viburnum opulus trees in Kentucky. The bark is hand-harvested in the spring or fall, carefully shade-dried, then thoroughly extracted. It also features Jamaica Dogwood, prepared from the root bark of Piscidia piscipula trees which are responsibly wildcrafted in their natural habitat in Jamaica.

Shake Well Before UsingAdd 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Each serving may be increased to 2 full squeezes of the dropper bulb if desired. Best taken between meals.
